Withdrawals
Review the withdrawal requests that players submit from their wallets in the mini program, and record payouts.
When the club collects the order payment, the player's share is credited to the player's wallet after the order is completed, and the player can request a withdrawal. This applies when the settlement mode is Centralized Club Collection (俱乐部统一收款), and to players who have not enabled independent settlement under Mixed Mode (混合模式). The settlement mode is set in Club Settings.
Withdrawal list
- Search: by player nickname / phone number / withdrawal number.
- Filter: by status, Pending Approval (待审核), Approved (已通过), Rejected (已驳回), or Paid Out (已打款).
- The list shows the withdrawal number, player (nickname and phone number), amount, status, request time, review time, and actions.
Processing flow
Pending Approval → (approve) Approved → (pay out) Paid Out; or Pending Approval → (reject) Rejected.
- Approve (通过): confirm to approve the withdrawal request. After approval, you need to pay the player manually.
- Reject (驳回): enter the reason for rejection and submit; the amount is returned to the player's wallet.
- Pay Out (打款): for an Approved request, click Pay Out; a dialog shows the player, amount, and payment QR code. After scanning the code and transferring the money, you can enter a payout note (optional) and click Confirm Paid Out (确认已打款).
The system notifies the player after each approval, rejection, and payout.
Note
The system does not transfer money automatically. First complete the transfer using the player's payment QR code (or another method), then click Confirm Paid Out.
